The Quit Smoking Package consists of a free initial consultation, two sessions and a voucher for 50% off a follow-up booster session (should you need it) which is valid for 6 months.

Initial Consultation

This will assess your suitability for using hypnosis as a means of you becoming a non-smoker. It will also give you the opportunity toi raise any concerns or ask any questions about the whole process.

Session One

In this consultation we will identify the factors that contribute to your smoking addiction. This will include:

• Details of any previous attempts to quit
• Nature of your smoking addiction
• Reasons for wishing to quit
• Secondary gain for smoking

Session Two

This, the final session will take place one week after the first session and you wil leave this session as a non-smoker equipped with the means to remain so.
