Will I Lose Control When In Hypnosis

Absolutely not!

For some people, the word Hypnosis sometimes conjures up an image of people in a nightclub uncontrollably barking like dogs, strutting across the stage like chickens or any number of other embarrassing, but for the onlookers entertaining things and whilst stage hypnosis certainly has its place it bears absolutely no resemblance to the type of work I do.

It is simply not true that a hypnotist has any control over you. No hypnotherapist can make you do anything that you don’t want to do, or anything that is not in character.

The subconscious mind has a prime directive to protect us. So if you aren't open to a suggestion, your mind will simply reject it. Even though you are deeply relaxed you will still be able to communicate with me either verbally or using agreed signals.You cannot be made to do anything that you do not want to do. You will not say anything that you do not want to say or give away any of your deepest secrets.

Many people are reluctant to be hypnotized because they fear losing control and they worry what they might do or say. Actually, the opposite is true...

Hypnosis gives you more control

Let me explain... All hypnosis is in effect self-hypnosis and I am just the “guide”. I guide you into a relaxed state and then enable you to see beyond any limiting beliefs that you may have inherited throughout your life. Beyond any of that conditioning you may have experienced as a child. Beyond any of the subconscious blocks that prevent you finding solutions to any issues you may have.

This will then enable you to choose how you react to situations rather than just do the same old things in the same old way giving you back control over your life.

Change the way you think about things and the things you think about will change
